Universal Blessings

A large column of white light comes down from above you. As it reaches just above your crown chakra it fans out all around your body. Allow yourself to breathe and receive this now.

This white light begins to circle around you. Gently clearing and repatterning your energy field …. take some moments to be with this.

Then beautiful strands of Rainbow Light begin to penetrate into your auric field. these vibrate and radiate energy in and out of your energy field like a tuning fork …. retuning your energy. Your meridian pathways are being rebalanced. Breathe and receive this now.

A circle of golden crystals like a halo is activated just above your head. This halo of light circles around / just above your head. Allow a few moments for this to occur and complete, just breathing and centreing your energy as this occurs.

This field of white light is maintained around your energy field. Gently supporting you. Nurturing your energies softening and balancing you.
